I had a physio appointment with Ottilie for a stiff and painful back and had a really positive experience. Ottilie was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, taking the time to understand the problem and explain what was causing the discomfort.

The treatment really helped and I felt a noticeable improvement afterwards. We also had a good chat about Luton Town FC along the way, which made the appointment really relaxed and enjoyable.

I already knew Ottilie, but I was genuinely impressed with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend QQ to anyone looking for a good physio.

Fantastic 2nd massage for my wife today. Certainly sorted out her back, shoulders and glutes after many many years walking on crutches and walking stick. She’s walking so much better and even taller. Thank you again.
